I am a real believer in getting involved in community organisations and projects where I feel I could have a positive input.  Below is my CV in terms of this type of work I am, and have been involved in.

Severn FM (2011 – Present)

• Director of Marketing

Severn FM is an exciting project to build a community radio station for the location of South Gloucester.  It will bring together a number of smaller communities and enable people to highlight their work in the locality.  It will also serve another vital function and that is to enable people to come and get skills in media and production.  This is focused on the youth sector, but not exclusively and will be there for anyone who wants to contribute and learn/refine new skills.

Quedgeley Parish Council (2010 – Present)

• Councillor

As a Councillor I stit on Full Council on a monthly basis. 

• Member of Planning Committee

As a Councillor on the Planning committee, I help review the planning applications that come in concerning Quedgeley and Kingsway. 

• Member of City Council Standards Committee

 I am one of the 2 Quedgeley Parish Council representatives on the Gloucester City Council Standards Committee.  This committee is dedicated to the standards expected of Councillors within the Gloucester City area and is also responsible for investigation and sanctions of those who may “tread the fine line”.
