As of today I am on two weeks holiday, taking the advantage of the bank holidays and hopefully having a bit of a wind down from work.
However, its not going to be a chill out in the garden Holiday, as we are in the peak of campaign time for the election on May 5th.
I have leafleting and canvassing to do. But also its important to get the family time in too and so we will be having a few trips and things which I am really looking forward to. The kids are onto Romans in our educational journey and so I’m looking forward to exploring the Roman heritage of Gloucester. This is one of the great things about living in Gloucester, because of the rich history that our city has, we never have to travel far to get some rich history that the children can learn from and immediately put into context.
So, its fair to say that I’m really looking forward to the next two weeks.
